VGEL Kulfi Stab is a complete stabilizer in colorless powder form, used for making kulfi. Kulfi is a frozen dairy dessert that originates in India. It is flavored with cardamom, saffron, pistachio, or mango. Kulfi sticks are kulfi molded into popsicle-like shapes & served on wooden sticks. They are a popular summer treat in India and other South Asian countries.

VGEL Kulfi Stab is a colorless, ready blend of powders for making kulfi. It consists of carefully selected grades of emulsifier, coagulators, thickening & anti-stalling agent. Not only it can be used to make kulfis, but it can also be used in the manufacture of jellies, glazing’s, ice coatings, piping jellies, salad dressings, ice cream, cakes, confectionery & dairy products.

Because VGEL Kulfi Stab improves viscosity at low usage levels one can reduce the consumption of milks in products. It improves the softness of kulfis rolls making them easy to cut, slows their melting, imparts creaminess (mawa effect) & helps retention of flavor.
